MAPLE-MUSTARD GLAZED PORK CHOPS
4 thick cut pork chops
1/2 cup maple syrup
2 tablespoons grainy mustard
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoon fresh rosemary leaves, chopped
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper
Heat a grill or grill pan to high heat. In a bowl stir together maple syrup, mustard, vinegar, 1 tablespoon of the rosemary, salt and pepper. Rub pork chops with salt, pepper and the remaining rosemary. Add pork to the grill. Allow to sear and then turn. After a sear forms on both sides, generously baste the pork with the sauce. Baste and turn a couple of more times until chops are ready. Cooking time will vary depending on grill temperature but should be about 5 minutes per side.
