Friday's Weather: Parts of East Texas Under Flash Flood Watch, high 81

EAST TEXAS (KYTX) - Good Friday morning! Significant changes to the forecast over the past six hours. As a result of the cold front dropping through East Texas overnight, rain is coming to an end over the central and northern parts of East Texas. The most significant rainfall occurred overnight across deep East Texas and will continue there this morning. Flash Flood Watch continues until 1 p.m. for Anderson county and until 4 p.m. for Angelina, Nacogdoches, Sabine and San Augustine counties. Highs today will be significantly cooler than normal - only reaching 81. 

Skies clear tonight and lows should drop to 66 by Saturday morning. Temperatures are expected to warm under mostly sunny skies this weekend. Highs Saturday should reach 89 -- reaching the mid-90's by Sunday.
