Fugitive from Tyler sought for numerous outstanding warrants

Texas Department of Public Safety:

TYLER (KYTX) - The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) is seeking the publics' help in locating 19-year old Fidelmar Aguirre of Tyler. 

Aguirre is wanted by the DPS on several outstanding warrants as a result of a traffic stopped on December 30, 2013. 

According to the arrest affidavit, Aguirre was stopped for speeding on CR 35 in Smith County.  The trooper smelled the odor of marijuana and a probable cause search was conducted.  Marijuana and suspected methamphetamine was found in the vehicle.  Aguirre fled on foot. 

Judge Mitch Shamburger, Justice of the Peace #4, has issued warrants including Fail To Identify Fugitive From Justice, Possession of Marijuana less than 2oz,  Possession of a Controlled Substance and Evading Arrest Detention. 

Bond amounts total $30,500.00.
