According to Sheriff Maxey Cerliano, Gregg County sheriff's deputies have cleared traffic on Texas 31 between Longview and Kilgore, after a series of wrecks forced authorities to shut down the roadway. Cerliano said deputies and Texas Department of Public Safety troopers are also working wrecks that have occurred on Interstate 20 near Kilgore.

It is not known if anyone was injured or transported to an area hospital at this time.
