(CBS) - Doctors say only a small percentage of new medical research is devoted to children. Scientists at Duke University looked at more than 60-thousand clinical trials and found only 5-thousand were designed for health problems facing kids. They say many pediatric diseases are rare making them harder to study.
(CBS) - Parents, video games can be a problem but a new study finds some may actually be good for kids. Canadian researchers say games that involve physical activity can help children get more exercise. In a study, they found kids who play the games get an average of 50 minutes of moderate to vigorous exercise each time.
