2 arrested, 1 at large after burglary in Nacogoches

NACOGDOCHES - Officers from the Nacogdoches County Sheriff's Office are searching for 32-year-old Terran Speaker, a Huntington woman, after she allegedly stole items from a home Sunday night.

The Sheriff's Office received a theft in progress call on County Road 127, and upon arriving saw a vehicle with three people inside leaving the scene.

Authorities were not able to stop the car and a chase began on Highway 59 for several miles at a high rate of speed.

The pursuit stopped in the Appleby area after the suspects pulled into a home on County Road 250 and all three people exited the vehicle and ran on foot.

Police caught up and arrested 33-year-old Corrigan native, Julie Saxon and 33-year-old Hudson native, Travis Wilbanks. Both individuals were taken to the Nacogdoches County Jail and charged with theft of a firearm and evading arrest and detention.

Police are still searching for 32-year-old Terran Speaker, a third suspect in the case.

Anyone with information on Speaker’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Nacogdoches County Sheriff's Office.

The Texas Department of Public Safety and the Nacogdoches Police Department both assisted in the manhunt of the three subjects.
