UPSHUR COUNTY - Five military grave markers were stolen recently from an Upshur County cemetery according to a Facebook post by the Upshur County Sheriff's office on Monday.

According to the post, the markers were stolen from the Zion Hill Cemetery in Gilmer, look like the photo pictured, and will have the last names Hargest, Granville, Lynn and Tanner engraved on them along with the individual's service record.

Anyone with any information about this theft is asked to call Lt. Gary Shirley at 903-680-8231.
