DALLAS - FBI Dallas is requesting public assistance in identifying an unknown back robber believed to be involved in bank robberies in Grapevine and Fort Worth this summer.
The first robbery took place on June 29 of this year at the First Bank of Texas at 301 East State Highway 114 in Grapevine.
The second of the two happened on July 10 of this year at the Pinnacle Bank at 313 Western Center Boulevard in Fort Worth.
During both of the robberies, the suspect had a black stocking mask on that fully covered his face. He was also armed with a revolver-style pistol and fired one shot in each of the banks.
The suspect is described as a white male driving a black Chevrolet Tahoe with after-market wheels.
North Texas Crime Stoppers is currently offering a reward of up to $5,000 for anyone with information leading to the suspect's identification and, subsequent arrest.
