Terrence Ates, with Net Health stopped by to give us some tips for a Healthy Halloween.
He shared these five tips that families can practice on Halloween night:
1.Eat a nutritious and healthy meal BEFORE going to trick-and-treat
2.Walk from home to home, instead of driving your kids from street to street
3.Take a smaller container for collecting candy
4. Ask for the 'Trick' instead of the 'Treat'
5. Donate candy to a Dentist
