Longview children celebrate Thanksgiving early

LONGVIEW - The Longview Child Development Center held their annual Thanksgiving lunch with the smiles of both children and parents.

Kids dressed as pilgrims and other Thanksgiving outfits. They were given a feast of traditional foods such as turkey, dressing, green beans, and yams. Their drink was a big glass of milk.

"I think it's great for the kids to get excited for Thanksgiving," parent Sabrina Holland says. "It builds them up and they get to have a good meal."

Other parents shared the same feelings toward the event. Holland also tell us, she knows that her son will not be little forever and moments like this are priceless.
