UPDATE: Second ETX wanted fugitive arrested

TYLER - UPDATE: The United States Marshals Service arrested 19-year-old Dikembi Spencer on Thursday in Forrest City Arkansas.

Spencer was wanted by the Tyler Police Department for an aggravated robbery that happened on Nov. 14, 2017 in Tyler.

Officers from the Tyler Police Department as well as the United States Marshals arrested Devonte Black at 1600 Rice Road in Tyler. 

According to authorities, at the time of Black's arrest, he was found in possession of marijuana and was taken to the Smith County Jail.

Officers from the Tyler Police Department are looking for  23-year-old Devonte Black and 19-year-old Dikembi Spencer after they allegedly conducted an aggravated robbery on Nov. 14, 2017.

Police say that the robbery occured between 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. at the Fox Run Apartments on 2601 SSE Loop 323 in Tyler. 

Black and Spencer robbed the victims at gunpoint, and during that time, one pound of marijuana and a firearm were stolen.

According to police, the suspects are considered armed and dangerous and must be found.

Crimestoppers is offering up to $1,000 for information leading to the arrest and charges filed against the suspects in this case or any felony case.
