UPDATE: Authorities release identities of supects in high-speed chase

GREGG COUNTY - UPDATE: DPS has released the identities of both suspects involved in the high speed chase. 

Aaron Wade Slagle, a 37-year-old Tyler man, and Erin Kalie Kinlaw, a 35-year-old Kilgore woman are both in custody at the Gregg County Jail. 

They are being held on outstanding warrants and a felony charge of Evading by Slagle.

UPDATE: According to Dark, a Highway Patrol Trooper tried to conduct a traffic stop for a violation at around 5 p.m. Tuesday near Fritz Swanson Road and Goforth Road in when the driver did not stop and evaded the Trooper.

The suspect then headed west and turned north in his vehicle on Farm to Market Road 2207.

Shortly after, the suspect and two Trooper patrol units collided at the intersection of Farm to Market Road 1252 and County Road 3104 at around 5:20 p.m. 

No Troopers were injured during the crash, and the driver and his passenger were taken to a Longview hospital. 

A preliminary investigation showed that the driver and passenger had outstanding warrants. 

Authorities are still investigating this chase. Refresh for updates.

A suspect that led DPS Troopers on a high-speed chase across two counties is now in custody, according to DPS Public Information Officer, Jean Dark.

The suspect crashed in Gregg County at Farm to Market Road 1252 and County Road 3104. 

According to DPS there are no injuries.
