Troup woman arrested on capital murder charge

TROUP - A Troup woman is jailed on a capital murder by terroristic threat charge after she was arrested Sunday October 15, 2016.

According to the felony indictment returned by the Smith County Grand Jury, 34-year-old Tammy Lynn Dilbeck is accused of shooting to death 30-year-old Jordan Richard Ladue while attempting to rob him.

Dilbeck, also known as Tammy Roberson, is being held on a $1,000,000 bond.

Dilbeck was indicted on October 13 in connection with the murder that occurred in July 14 in Troup.
