(KYTX) - Lon Morris is asking permission to sell almost everything, including buildings and property, in a cash auction to get out of debt.
This comes after the college faced major financial struggles in the past few years which eventually lead to it's shut down.
The auction would provide a way for the college to start paying back former employees and creditors.
A hearing is scheduled for October 31, where the judge can amend, deny or approve the request.
