Longhorns Begin Big 12 Play

With a weekend of rest under their belts, the Texas Longhorns hit the ground running Monday as they open conference play on the road this Saturday at Big 12 defending champion Oklahoma State.

Over the last two seasons, Texas is 6-11 in the Big 12. Mack Brown's team hasn't won the conference since 2009. The longhorns will begin their journey to get that crown back against the top-scoring team in the nation and it won't get any easier after the Cowboys. Texas hosts 9th-ranked West Virginia next, then it's 16th-ranked Oklahoma in Dallas.
