Longview man allegedly attacks twin sister in hospital parking lot

 LONGVIEW (KYTX) - A hospital parking lot became center ring for a violent family dispute early this morning in Longview.

According to an off-duty Longview police officer working security, 30-year-old Celia Hall claims her brother hit her on the head several times, then jumped atop the roof of her friend's automobile in the Good Shepherd Medical Center parking lot.

The victim says she had taken her brother, 30-year-old Cody Lee Hall, to the emergency room, after he injured his hand at a local club. Cody and Celia share the same birth date, according to police and jail records.

According to an arrest affidavit, after Hall was discharged from the E-R, the victim told police that "he came out to the car and just started hitting her. She said that he hit her in the face and head several times, and that it caused her physical pain. I did observe that under Ms. Hall's left eye was swollen."

According to police, a witness told officers that Hall hit his sister in the head several times while she was sitting in the vehicle.

Hall is charged with assault causes bodily injury to a family member. He's in the Gregg County Jail on $6,000 bond, including $5,000 on a warrant filed in Gregg County Court-at-Law No. 1 for Hall's April 21 arrest on assault/family violence charges. This is Hall's eighth arrest in 13 years on charges ranging from burglary to assaulting a public servant and drunk driving.

An emergency protective order was filed barring Hall from having contact with his sister for at least 31 days.
