Man convicted in Arizona fire set free

(CBS) - After four decades behind bars, a man accused in a deadly hotel fire is a free man.

Louis Taylor was jailed in 1970 for the hotel fire in a Tucson, Arizona hotel that killed 29 people. Taylor agreed to a plea deal, and was freed for time served. The 58-year old maintains his innocence, but said he took the deal because he couldn't spend another day in prison.

He also agreed not to seek damages for the 42 years he spent behind bars.
