Marshall Police asking public's help to identify thieves caught on surveillance video

Four people stole $2,000 in merchandise from Walmart, and Marshall Police are asking for help in identifying them.

MARSHALL - Police are asking for help identifying thieves who stole $2,000 worth of merchandise from Wal-Mart in Marshall.

Video surveillance shows that around 2 a.m. on July 21, three men and two women filled carts with the merchandise then walked out an emergency exit without paying for their items.

The group then loaded the items into a gold or tan-colored GMC Yukon before leaving the store.

Police believe the group is from the Shreveport area.

Anyone with information about this theft is asked to call Marshall Police at 903-935-4575. Those wishing to remain anonymous are encouraged to call Marshall/Hariison County Crime Stoppers at 903-935-9969.
