Paul ends nearly 13-hour filibuster

Filibuster

WASHINGTON, D.C. (CBS) - The rain and snow in Washington, D.C. couldn't shut down the work in the US Senate, but a single senator did for nearly 13 hours.

Rand Paul says he won't support John Brennan's nomination to be the next head of the CIA Until President Obama or Attorney General Eric Holder issue a statement making it clear that drones will not be used in the United States to kill American citizens.

Brennan is considered one of the main architects of the drone program.
