BOSSIER CITY, La (KYTX) - A Bossier City police officer has lost his job with the department after criminal charges were filed against him as the result of investigations by detectives and personnel with the Internal Affairs Division.
Joseph Michael Caples, 38, of Bossier City was arrested today on a criminal warrant charging him with burglary.
Caples is accused of coming into possession of two stolen saxophones that had been taken in a vehicle burglary and then pawning the instruments at a pawn shop for $750 thus leaving the pawn shop at a financial loss.
