President Obama, Romney prepare for first presidential debate

(CBS) - President Obama and Mitt Romney are finishing up some final campaigning and last minute debate preparations.

President Obama rallied in Nevada Sunday night. He's there for a couple of days of preps before Wednesday's first presidential debate in Denver. Speaking to more than 11-thousand people at a high school in Las Vegas, the President said that Mitt Romney is a good debater and he's just OK.

Romney's running mate downplayed the need for a big debate. Paul Ryan says this debate won't make or break the campaign. President Obama holds a 51 to 44-percent lead among likely voters in swing states, that's according to a new Washington Post poll just out this morning.
