Second night of unrest after teenager is fatally shot by police

(CBS) -  A second night of unrest in suburban St. Louis, where an unarmed black teenager was fatally shot by police over the weekend.  

Police used tear gas Monday night to break up an unruly crowd protesting the death of 18 year old Michael Brown.  At least five people were arrested.  The parents of Michael Brown are asking for calm.  

   Brown was shot in a St. Louis suburb on Sunday after what authorities describe as some kind of altercation. Witnesses say Brown's hands were raised when he was shot.
