HOUSTON (KHOU) -- A small airplane made an emergency landing in the parking lot of a northwest Houston business early Friday.
There were no reports of injuries.
The Houston Fire Department was called to Tam International near Pinemont and 290 just after 7 a.m.
Views from Air 11 showed a small red airplane partially resting on its side. It appeared the pilot struck a grassy area and curb while coming in for an emergency landing in the parking lot.
The plane's right wheel was damaged in the landing, but the pilot managed to miss cars parked nearby.
Officials said the pilot had a passenger as well -- neither wanted to speak to the media.
An investigation is underway.
