South Korea's foreign minister to meet with Secretary of State Kerry

(CBS) - South Korea's Foreign Minister is in Washington, D.C. today to meet with Secretary of State John Kerry and talk about the threat of war with North Korea.

Despite the tough talk coming out of Pyongyang, the White House says it sees no evidence that North Korea is taking any steps to mount a military offensive. But just to be safe, the Pentagon is positioning a guided missile destroyer closer to the Korean peninsula.

The destroyer is capable of shooting down ballistic missiles.
