SPCA of East Texas offering spay and neuter clinic

TYLER (KYTX) - If you live in Smith County and need help paying for spaying or neutering your animal -- listen up.

The SPCA of East Texas has received a grant from Petsmart Charities-- allowing them to spay and neuter dogs and cats for only 25 dollars. That's for families that live in the 75702 zip code. If you live outside of 75702 and still need financial help-- there's more grant money set aside for you too!

"Spaying and neutering decreases the number of animals running stray in the county and in the city and also decreases the number of animals that are euthanized," says Danika Maher of the SPCA of East Texas

The next clinic will be July 26.
