"A capital building campaign has been launched to construct this animal services center on recently donated acreage in South Tyler," said Tittle-Dobbs.

"The SPCA hopes to serve local animal control agencies by housing rescued dogs and cats and placing them up for adoption." You can make donations through the web site www.spcaeasttx.com , by calling the SPCA of East Texas or by mail to SPCA of East Texas, P.O. Box 132899, Tyler, TX, 75713.
