Tyler bankers offer free financial counseling

During the week of October 15, Capital One Bank associates will band together as part of the company's national associate volunteer initiative, "One Week," to help meet the needs of local communities where associates live and work. In Texas, approximately 1,800 Capital One Bank associates will spend more than 4,000 hours partnering with 45 area non-profits and schools to serve their communities.

Capital One bankers will meet at People Attempting to Help (PATH) providing financial counseling and money management classes.  Capital One is partnering with (PATH) to help families struggling with life's most basic needs. PATH helps families who have lived in multigenerational poverty and want to become self-sufficient. The organization also helps families experiencing poverty for the first time.
