Tyler ISD donates toys to St. Paul Children's Foundation

TYLER (KYTX)  – Students at Rice Elementary School collected a sleigh full of toys for Santa's Secret Workshop at St. Paul Children's Foundation. Representatives from St. Paul Children's Foundation will pick up the donated gifts tomorrow morning.

The partnership between Rice Elementary School and the St. Paul Children's Foundation represents one of Tyler ISD's Core Beliefs: Schools and communities have an enormous impact on students' lives.

Last year Santa's Secret Workshop provided more than 1,400 Christmas gifts and toys to 477 children in Tyler. The St. Paul Children's Foundation also operates a food pantry, clothes closet, medical and dental clinics, and an after school program for children in need.
