LONGVIEW (KYTX) - A man has been arraigned for the alleged shooting of two women in Longview. The man sits inside of the Gregg County Jail tonight, as family members of his victims continue to mourn. In a spot where Kim Rayson and Chanda Martin stood just 5 days ago, sits a ceremony mourning their loss. Last Saturday was the start-up of Kim Rayson's "Stop the Violence" movement. The violence she became a victim to Sunday morning.
Chanda Martin's sister Sharon Jones says it has been a long week.

According to the Longview Police Department, Isaiah Roberts shot Rayson and Martin at Martin's home on Thelma street. Martin's ex husband, Roberts, then led Police on a high speed chase all the way into Tyler. Angela Lilly has picked up the anti-violence banner and organized this prayer rally
."They were really trying to do something to stop the violence, and they got murdered the next morning." - Angela Lilly, Organizer
Lilly is Chanda Martin's cousin and says when she saw the crime scene, she was brought to her knees.
"God said you have to move, and you have to move now."
Lilly is carrying the movement that Kim Rayson started. Martin's sister Sharon Jones says she knew Teague Park would be filled with friends of these two women.
"The types of lives they led, I am not surprised."
Isaiah Roberts bond has been set at 2 million dollars.
