UPDATE: Kimbley's Sentenced for Child Endangerment

UPDATE: TYLER (TYLER MORNING TELEGRAPH) - David and Sabrina Kimbley pleaded guilty this morning in the 241st District Court to four counts of child endangerment, which are state jail felonies. The plea agreement states they will serve 2 years in a state jail facility on each case to run concurrently.

The Kimbley's also pleaded guilty to a charge of child endangerment involving her young deceased son, Jake Kimbley. This is a separate charge from the other four child endangerment charges. Jake was found deceased in a septic tank on the Kimbley family property.

They were both sentenced to two years, which will be served in a state jail facility after each serves the two year sentences on the other four child endangerment charges. The plea involving young Jake does not affect any future possible capital murder charges that could be filed against them.
