UPDATE: Majority of power outages reported on west-side of Tyler

UPDATE: A representative from Oncor tell us some men were working on a substation when some equipment failed on them. The equipment failure caused a 2 second blink on the lines coming out that substation.

There were no injures reported.

People are still without power because some fuses blew on the distribution line.
Oncor is checking on those outages.
