UPDATE: Restaurant Owner Says Homophobic Slur Never Happened. He Shares Exclusive Surveillance...

PITTSBURG (KYTX) - A restaurant owner's employee is  being accused of calling a customer a homophobic slur and he has continued to fight for his reputation. A confrontation between this Big Earl's waitress and this homosexual couple has gone national. The controversy stems from reports that this waitress called these men, Collin Dewberry and Kelly Williams, a homophobic slur  and told them never to return. Owner Earl Cheney says the slur never happened.
"They came in here and ordered their food and was waited on like everyone else." - Earl Cheney, Owner of Big Earl's Restaurant
Cheney says the men started touching each other inappropriately and his daughter, who is also a waitress, kicked them out.
"She told me that she would take care of it"
This footage is from the restaurant's surveillance cameras. It shows the men paying for their meal, after the waitress asked them to leave. Here you can see a long exchange between the waitress and the couple.  According to Cheney...
"They started badgering her.'
We left messages, and even went to the couple's door to hear their side of the story.  No one has responded. Cheney says he has had to place these signs outside of his store because he has received more than 200 death threats.   He is hoping the hostility dies down soon.
"These are my friends in here, and they are my family."
