UPDATE: AUSTIN (KYTX)– Clemente Davila, 27, a Texas 10 Most Wanted Sex Offender, is now in custody after being arrested Wednesday morning in Houston.
Davila was wanted for failure to comply with sex offender requirements, failure to appear and probation violation.
Following investigative leads, officers located Davila at a Houston residence at approximately 7:30 a.m., where he was taken into custody by members of the U.S. Marshals Service Gulf Coast Violent Offenders Task Force.
This arrest was not the result of a Crime Stoppers tip, and no reward will be paid.

So far in 2014, DPS and other agencies have arrested 11 Texas 10 Most Wanted fugitives, including five sex offenders and four gang members, and $34,500 in rewards has been paid for tips that resulted in arrests. The cash rewards are funded by the Governor's Criminal Justice Division.
AUSTIN – The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) has added 27-year-old Clemente Davila, to the Texas 10 Most Wanted Sex Offenders list, and a cash reward up to $3,000 is now being offered for information leading to his capture.
Davila has a violent criminal past, and is wanted for failure to comply with sex offender requirements, failure to appear and probation violation. All tips are guaranteed to be anonymous.
Davila's last known address was in San Marcos, and he also has ties to Maxwell (Caldwell County) and Houston.
Davila has been known to work as a carpenter in the construction industry.
His criminal history includes aggravated sexual assault of a child, unauthorized use of a vehicle and drug possession.

Davila is 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs approximately 170 pounds. He has numerous tattoos on his chest of women's faces, a tattoo on his abdomen with the word "Houston," and other tattoos on his back, left arm, right hand and right wrist. Davila is also being sought by the U.S. Marshals Service Lone Star Fugitive Task Force.
Texas Crime Stoppers, which is funded by the Governor's Criminal Justice Division, offers cash rewards to any person who provides information that leads to the arrest of one of the Texas 10 Most Wanted fugitives or sex offenders.
To be eligible for the cash rewards, there are four different ways to provide anonymous tips:
Call the Crime Stoppers hotline at 1-800-252-TIPS (8477). Text the letters DPS – followed by your tip – to 274637 (CRIMES) from your cell phone.
Submit a web tip through the DPS website by selecting the fugitive you have information about, and then clicking on the link under their picture. Submit a Facebook tip at http://www.facebook.com/texas10mostwanted by clicking the "SUBMIT A TIP" link (under the "About" section).
All calls, texts, e-mails and Facebook messages are anonymous.
DPS investigators work with local law enforcement agencies to select fugitives for the Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitives and Sex Offenders lists. You can find the current lists – with photos – on the DPS website at http://www.dps.texas.gov/texas10mostwanted/.
Do not attempt to apprehend these fugitives; they are considered armed and dangerous.
