UPDATE: Wanted assault, burglary fugitive arrested in Flint

UPDATE: Tyler Police Department:

TYLER (KYTX) - On 12/11/12 Joshua Kyle Henderson was arrested by the Tyler Police Department in cooperation with the Joint East Texas Fugitive Task Force after receiving a tip from Tyler/Smith County Crime Stoppers.



UPDATE: Tyler Police Department and Smith County Sheriff's department arrested a wanted Flint man Tuesday morning.

Tyler Police Department Officer Don Martin tells CBS 19 that Joshua Kyle Henderson was arrested in Flint due to an anonymous Crimestoppers tip.

Henderson is booked in Smith County Jail.



TYLER (KYTX) - Tyler and Smith County law enforcement officials are trying to locate a Flint man wanted for burglary and fraud.

Joshua Kyle Henderson, 33, is wanted for entering his former girlfriend's residence in Tyler and reportedly assaulting her while committing a theft. Henderson is also wanted for two counts of fraud in Smith County.

Police believe Henderson is armed and dangerous.  He was last seen driving a 2011 Silver Kia Sorento, Texas license plate BZ5W413.

Crimestoppers will pay up to $1,000 for information that leads to the arrest and charges filed against the suspects in this case or any felony case.
