(CNN/KSAT) - A man claims he shot and killed a Bigfoot in San Antonio and says he has the body to prove it.

"They're going to see bigfoot and I'm telling you it's a real bigfoot," claims Rick Dyer.

Rick Dyer has claimed for a year and a half that he shot and killed a Bigfoot on the northwest side of San Antonio.  Now he's giving people a chance to see it for themselves.

"Come in take a peek and listen to my story and see my evidence first hand and you can make up your own mind," says Dyer.

He invited reporters inside the trailer to see what's left of the body.

"This is just the hide. That is all. The only that is taxidermied is the face, the hands and the feet," says Dyer.

Many people are not impressed, walking away unconvinced.

"I saw the body. To me it looks like it's the remnant of a bear rug," says Paul Molter.

Paul Molter, a local hunter and skeptic, was hoping for proof.

"Does it convince me 100%, no. Is it physical proof that he may be telling the truth, maybe," says Molter.

Dyer's past involvement in a Bigfoot hoax in 2008 has earned him plenty of critics. Some even say he's a fraud and a scammer, but he says he's not making money off of this, just entertaining people.

"People this is a sideshow right here. If that's what you wanna believe, then go ahead and believe it.  It don't hurt my feelings, but you will definitely get your money's worth when you come out here," says Dyer.

Dyer is charging adults 10 dollars and children five dollars to take the tour.  After paying his expenses, he says he's not making a profit.
