(CNN) - Social media is all a "twitter" over an online scavenger hunt-- for cash.  A wealthy real estate developer who goes by the handle, @hiddencash is paying it forward.  He's stashed nearly 4-thousand dollars around San Francisco.  He then tweets crafty clues on where to find it.
The hunt has sparked a city-wide frenzy!  The man behind the cash says this is a social experiment for the good and he has no plans of stopping anytime soon.
A scary night on the red carpet for Brad Pitt.  Los Angeles Police say pitt was hit in the face by a man at a Hollywood premiere Wednesday.  Pitt was at the premiere of the movie "Maleficent," starring his partner Angelina Jolie, when a man hopped a barrier and attacked the actor.  Police say officers arrested the suspect, who could be charged with misdemeanor battery
Nia Vardalos will make movie-goers happy!  She confirmed on twitter there will be a sequel to "My Big Fat Greek Wedding."  The original film centered on a Greek woman falling in love with a non-greek school-teacher and her family's reaction.  Vardalos wrote and starred in the first film, which reportedly had a budget of only $5 million dollars.  The film ended up grossing $241 million domestically.
After 8 seasons, E! is booting chelsea handler off the network officially.  E! announced Wednesday Handler will have a month-long celebration of special episodes and surprise guests leading up to her final show.  The final episode of "Chelsea Lately" airs live on August 26th.
