Former president George W. Bush accepted the ALS ice bucket challenge. He was challenged by several people, including his daughter, Jenna.
"I do not think its presidential for me to be splashed with ice water, so i'm simply going to write you a check." he says.
"That check is for me." says his wife, Laura Bush. "I don't wanna ruin my hair style."
Bush posted the video on his Facebook page and challenged former president Bill Clinton to the challenge.
A Minnesota high school football team also tackled the ice bucket challenge, using a dump truck to do it. 3,500 gallons of ice cold water was dumped on the Sleepy Eye team. It took about five hours to fill.
The team was able to collect $2,000 for the ALS organization.
