Woman with ETX ties found dead in Florida sugar cane field

PALM BEACH FLA.(KYTX) - A missing woman found dead in a Palm Beach, Florida sugar cane field Friday night has been identified as Kimberly Lindsey, 49.

The Bak Middle School nurse was a native from Jacksonville living in Palm Beach, Florida. She was last seen October 27. Co-workers noticed her disappearance when she didn't show up for work Monday morning.
Police are investigation Lindsey's death as a homicide, but haven't released information on who may be responsible.

 In a Facebook post on the Find Kim Lindsey page, the victim's daughters wrote about their mother's body being found saying:

"It breaks our hearts to have to write this, but our mom has passed away. There are no words to describe how we feel. This is an extremely tough time for us but we will try to stay Kim strong. Thank you everyone for all your help in the search, and please keep Kim alive in your hearts. She will always be a part of us." -Sarah, Sofia, and Savannah
