HIV increasing in one group

(CBS) - The number of new HIV cases in the U.S. is holding steady, except for one group.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention says the disease is spreading rapidly among young gay, black males. Numbers show HIV infections nearly doubled for that group in the last four years.

On average, there are 50,000 new cases of HIV each year in the U.S.
