Sheer willpower not to blame for junk food snacking

(CBS) - If you can't say no to junk food, don't blame your will power, the culprit could be your brain.

Researchers at Yale University found that when glucose levels in the body drop, the parts of the brain associated with reward kick in and the urge to eat increases.

Their study also suggests that the more obese you are, the harder it is to say no to sweets.
