Lufkin PD Arrest Driver for Possession

LUFKIN, TX (KYTX) During a traffic stop, a Lufkin PD officer detected the odor of unburned marijuana coming from the driver's vehicle.

According to LPD, the officer asked the driver, Josh Gollman, if he had marijuana inside of the vehicle, and Gollman replied yes.

From the vehicle's center console, Gollman retrieved a small baggy, containing 0.1 oz of a green leafy substance the officer believed to be marijuana.

Officer also found Gollman in possession of two, small, off-white rock-like substances, which later field tested positive for cocaine, and a multicolored glass pipe used to smoke marijuana.

Gollman was booked into Angelina County Jail for Possession of a Controlled Substance, a state Felony.
