Tyler (KYTX) - A John Tyler High School employee is under investigation for sexual harassing a 16-year-old female student.

Tyler Independent School District has not confirmed whether the employee is a teacher, but did say that he is currently on unpaid administrative leave pending the investigation.

The campus and district began an investigation immediately upon learning of these allegations.

It is currently an ongoing investigation and all appropriate precautions are being taken.
