(CBS) - The House and Senate are expected to vote on the payroll tax cut agreement before the end of the week.
Late last night, House and Senate negotiators finalized a bi-partisan deal to extend the payroll tax cut for 160-million Americans through the end of the year. The extension will save the average worker 20-dollars a week. The measure also renews long term unemployment benefits.
