(CNN) - The Los Angeles County Coroner's office has issued subpoenas into Whitney Houston's medical records and prescriptions.  Investigators are awaiting toxicology results before disclosing Houston's cause of death.

Her death certificate lists her cause of death as "deferred," meaning it was delayed pending more information.  Private funeral services are being planned in Houston's hometown, Newark, New Jersey this Saturday.  But, fans who wish to bid the musical icon a final farewell will be able to do so at the website www.remembering.whitneyhouston.com

British singer Adele is clearing up rumors that she's taking a five year break.  After sweeping six Grammy awards Sunday, Adele took to her blog saying she'll attend the Brit awards and get back into the studio.  She went on to write "five years?... More like five days!"
