John Tyler Head Basketball Coach Tony Pinson is being investigated. TISD will not release the details of the investigation but Pinson will not be allowed to coach the Lions this coming Tuesday at their playoff game, in fact Pinson has not been on the sidelines the past two games. Cedeno Clark will serve as acting head coach. Pinson did release this statement to John Tyler's Play by Play radio voice Mike Alzamora from KTBB.

Tony Pinson Statement:

"I'm not at liberty at this time to discuss anything because of the legalities.. Whatever rumors are out there are not true and the entire situation has taken a great toll on my family."
