(CNN) - Lindsay Lohan's career seems to be looking up.

The 25-year-old is set to host an episode of "Saturday Night Live" slated for March 3rd. Lohan's career was overshadowed by legal woes in 2007, followed by arrests, stints in rehab and frequent court appearances for probation violation. But her probation restrictions are set to end next month, giving her a chance to get her life back on the right track.

(CBS) - Kodak's name may not be in the marquee for Sunday night's Oscar performance.

The Eastman Kodak Company has received court approval to end its sponsorship with the Hollywood theater which hosts the Academy Awards. Kodak signed a $74-million dollar sponsorship deal with the theater in 2000. However, the company filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy last month. Kodak filed to break its contract for the naming rights in an attempt to improve it's financial bottom line.

(CBS) - For the first time, the Academy Awards will feature a special performance from Cirque du Soleil. The show will include more than 50 artists that the company is bringing in from their other productions around the world.

It was a close weekend at the box office.  In its second weekend on the big screen..."Safe House" slid into the number one spot. The action movie, starring Denzel Washington and Ryan Reynolds grossed $24-million dollars this weekend. "The Vow" was a close second with $23.6 million dollars in ticket sales. The romantic-drama broke mid-week records raking in $11.6 million dollars on Valentine's Day alone. And Nicholas Cage's latest movie "Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance" rounded out the top three. The action-thriller grossed $22 million dollars in its weekend debut.
