LUFKIN (KYTX) - Terry Lynn Boozer, 55, of Nacogdoches and five other East Texans have been named in a 61-count federal meth indictment released Feb. 14.
The indictment alleges that Boozer used locations around Nacogdoches County to manufacture meth, using pseudeophedrine purchased from him and his co-defendants.
Also named are Janice Gail Williams, 47, of Nacogdoches; Autumn Grace Broadway, 27, of Nacogdoches; Douglas Edward Vance, 43, of Nacogdoches; Linda Richelle Pugh, 41, of Broaddus; Mattie Alabama Emerson, 23, of Garrison.
The indictment states the six bought pseudeophedrine at pharmacies at Walmart, Walgreen's, Kroger's and CVS in Kilgore, Galveston, Arlington, Tyler, Lufkin, Longview, Jacksonville, Marshall, Pflugerville, Center, Madisonville and Henderson.
Boozer was arrested on Feb. 6 after allegedly stealing a private airplane from a hangar at the Athens airport.
