KYTX -- Could your Facebook profile dictate your job success?
A new study from Northern Illinois University's College of Business suggests just that.
Within a matter of minutes, researchers on the study could look at a person's Facebook page and determine that person's taste in books and music as well as how social they are.
The study also says Facebook information may be stronger than personality and IQ measures that are currently used by human-resources.
