KYTX -- The Obama administration is seeking to cut the corporate tax rates from 35-percent to 28-percent and wants an even lower rate for manufacturers.
In return, corporations would have to give up dozens of loopholes and subsidies that they now enjoy.
Companies with overseas operations would also face a minimum tax on their foreign earnings.
Some say accomplishing these changes could be tough in a year dominated with the presidential and congressional elections.
