UPDATE (6:00 pm) -- A Tyler salon owner wanted for illegally practicing medicine is behind bars. Harrison County sheriff's deputies arrested Carmel Foster, the owner of the Queen Diva's Salon in north Tyler, after the sheriff's office got a tip she was in the county.
Two more women have come forward since Sheena Bradford and her cousin pressed charges against the owner of this salon. Today we spoke to one woman who was considering getting the injections here at Queen Divas, but opted not do it.
"Look pretty for really cheap so friends were getting friends to go there," she said.
This Tyler woman, who asked not to be identified, said something just didn't seem right when she talked to Foster about doing a breast enhancement treatment at the Queen Diva Salon.
How much did she say it cost?
"It varied from anywhere from $300 to $400 to $1,200 to $1,300," she said.
She said she asked Foster to show her what would be used for the procedure.
"It [the substance used by Foster] was slippery and it almost looks like sanitzer," she said. "It has the bubbles and stuff...so it's thick..yes really thick and just stays on there."
The woman said Foster told her the product came from a doctors office in Dallas, where she worked on the weekends.
"She had ripped off the label [on the bottle]," she said. "It didn't have a label."
Police said Foster was doing illegal injection procedures in the buttocks and breast in a back room of her salon.
During a search warrant, police said they found containers of a substance inside. Now the FDA is trying to determine what that is.
"The FDA has two agents on site with us that are helping us take samples of what we gathered at the business as well as what they gathered at the hospital to turn that into their lab," officer Don Martin said.
Whatever was allegedly injected into the women, police said it landed one woman in a Longview hospital, one day after having the procedure. She's in critical condition.
"Burning of the skin and leakage," Martin said.
This woman said her friends also experienced complications from the procedure.
"People say that it will leak through the punctures that she does," she said.
What did she recommend to your friends who had leakage....?
"Glue."
A hard lesson she said.
"It was the Kim Kardahsian look at an affordable price," she said.
A painful price for beauty.
Police said they are investigating all the claims made against Foster. They said they are in the early stages of their investigation.
We also spoke to Kenya Sheppard, who also had the procedure done. She didn't want to appear on camera, but told us she was headed to the hospital with a rash. She's not sure if the rash is connected to the procedure.
Police are unsure how many possible victims could be out there. And they're asking anyone who's had a procedure done by Foster to contact them immediately.

(KYTX) Tyler -- Tyler police say Tyler salon owner Carmel Foster was injecting customers at Queen Divas Salon. The injection was some sort of substance that supposedly enhanced buttocks and breast size.
Police say one of her clients, Sheena Bradford, was taken to Good Shepherd Hospital in Longview after complaining of severe chest pain, after having the procedure done on her breasts.
Keidra Mitchell used to work at Queen Divas Salon. She remembers Foster talking about starting the injection service back in 2011.
"She said she wanted to do the booty and the breast shots because that's what's hot. Which it is hot," Mitchell said. "I never had the concern to ask who is going to do them. I thought she was going to have someone do them."
But police say Foster has been giving the shots herself, without a proper license.
"I'm a little horrified to be honest with you," Dr. Jeffrey Kenkel said. Kenkel is the President of the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery.
He said he's not aware of any licensed doctor who gives injections for breast augmentation.
"It is very concerning that anyone would be injecting any products that we have currently available in this country or outside this country in an area like the breast," he said.
He said buttocks injection can be just as concerning and deadly.
"If you inadvertently inject some of these products into a blood vessel that blood vessel could go to the heart and lungs and that can severely hurt somebody or kill them," he said.
He hopes this incident will serve as a warning to other women.
"Patients need to be inquisitive," Kenkel said. "They need to ask about the training of the practitioners. What is this product approved for by the FDA? And, if your 're not using it for its approved use what is your experience in using it as an off-label product?"
Meanwhile, Foster is wanted by police. Investigators have obtained two arrest warrants for Practicing Medicine in Violation of Subtitle, a third degree felony, for practicing medicine without a license, breast augmentation, and caused Sheena Bradford physical harm.
The second warrant was issued for a procedure that police say Foster had conducted on Bradford's cousin, Kenya Sheppard, about two weeks ago.
Her bond is set at $200,000, but so far Foster has not been arrested.
Tyler Police encourage anyone who has had any medical procedure performed on them by Carmel Foster in the past and wish to file charges, please contact Detective Andy Erbaugh at 903-531-1090.
